By creating an account or using Cutelia AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Cutelia AI provides an AI assistant tailored for the Caribbean region. The service is provided "as is" and we're continuously improving it, so features may change.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Cutelia.
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cutelia to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
  • Abuse the service through automated scraping or excessive requests.

5. AI disclaimer

Cutelia produces AI-generated answers. While we work hard to make them useful and locally aware, they may be inaccurate or incomplete. Cutelia does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Always verify important information with a qualified professional before acting on it.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate and improve the service. We won't sell your content.

7. Our intellectual property

The Cutelia name, logo, software, and visual design are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account at any time from settings or by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutelia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
